Why Magnesium L-Theronate?

Pterostibene
Pterostilbene, a nutrient from the same family as resveratrol, is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory with preventive properties. It has shown to be many times more bioavailable than resveratrol and is easily transported into cells.
Pterostilbene has two to four times better cellular uptake than resveratrol and stays present in the body longer before it is eliminated. It is thought to be a potent sirtuin activating compound. Sirtuins play many roles across a broad spectrum of biological processes, including those that have a part in age related degenerative diseases. Pterostilbene specifically helps to activate SIRT 1 which has influence over DNA proteins. SIRT1 also works to support DNA repair and its many other cell protecting activities.
Why Pterostibene?
Pterostilbene exhibited a neuroprotective effect against cerebral ischemia in rats via anti-inflammatory mechanism.
One study demonstrated that pterostilbene reduced neuronal cell death, brain edema, improved brain architecture, and exerted anti-oxidant effects by reducing ROS and regulating Nrf2 and HO-1 signals. Furthermore, pterostilbene regulated NF-κB signaling and the PI3K/Akt/mTOR-JNK pathway. These observations propose pterostilbene as a potential therapeutic compound that could be explored further in the treatment of neonatal HI brain injury.
Coffee Fruit Extract
Coffee fruit, also known as coffee cherry or coffee berry, is a small, round stone fruit produced by the coffee plant. It is about the size of a grape and grows in bunches on the coffee plant.
