Guarantees, Returns & Cancellations

We have a risk-free 30-day Return Policy.  If any Cognitive Protocol product does not live up to your expectations, simply send us back the product and we will provide a replacement or refund, provided it is within 30 days of delivery.  Certain products, such as gift cards or final sale products, are non-returnable.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned product. Return Process

1) Contact Us First: Before returning a product, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can provide you with the correct return address. Orders returned to a different address may result in a delayed or denied refund or exchange.

2) Include Necessary Information: When shipping your items back to us, please include your name, shipping address, and order number to ensure proper processing.

3) Shipping Your Return: We suggest using a mailing option that includes tracking to ensure we receive your return. Please wrap your package carefully, as we cannot process exchanges or refunds if the product is damaged during transit.

4) Notify Us of Shipment: Once you ship your return to us, please send your tracking number to [email protected] so we can track it and ensure our warehouse is aware of the incoming package.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or select an alternative product.

Defective Product

We’re incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this happens, please email us at [email protected] with proof of the defective product, and we will offer you the choice of a free re-shipment or a refund. Emails for product returns must be sent within 10 days of delivery.

Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited, and we may not be able to stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started. It’s important to notify us early to increase the chances of cancellation. If we can prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it, and you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse and inspect it, we will initiate your refund. The refund process typically takes 7-10 days. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Bank Processing Times: Please note that after a refund is issued, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned orders.
